Asparagus

Geof picked up the asparagus crowns on Monday and started planting.With some help from our neighbour they finished today.A back breaking job for sure but you do what you have to do,to get the job done.

Tree Tapping

Today I tapped my first tree in hopes of making my own Maple Syrup.We have several trees on the property that will be tapped by the middle of week.With warm days and cool nights the sap has started to run.I could only find 4 spiles......that will do for now,just need those buckets!!
What a beautiful day it was!!
